We have stayed at Kings Inn our last few trips. 

• They have 2 floors, no elevator. 
• The rooms were large with linoleum wood floors.  We had 2 queen beds which were comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy. 
• Rooms have minifridge, no microwave, small coffee maker. 
• The hotel has a hot tub and pool which our kids loved the last day.  There is also a little shop where you can pick up snacks and necessities.
